Health coaching is a supportive space designed to help you navigate sustainable change.
As your accountability partner, I walk alongside you - helping you make sense of your current challenges, while aligning your daily choices with your long-term vision for wellbeing.
Following an in-depth health history assessment, health coaching sessions
identify and address patterns, priorities, and opportunities for growth.
We take a multidimensional approach
to your whole-person (integrated) health -

Nolea takes an integrated and multidimensional approach to health - considering lifestyle, nourishment, environment and personal wellbeing. The focus is on helping clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their health, while building practical and susstainable habits.

Over time, clients develop stronger heath focussed routines - leading to improvements in energy, vitality, clarity and motivation as well as stress management and nervous system regulation. With the right tools in place and an accountability partner to keep them honest, clients are better equipped to achieve their heath and wellness goals and maintain them over the long term.

Health coaching takes a more integrated view of wellbeing. Rather than focussing on one area in isolation, we explore the broader relationship between lifestyle, nourishment, movement, sleep, environment and personal habits. Health coaching can complement and suppprt other forms of support such as medical care, therapy, prescribed nutritional plans or fitness training.
